Located near both Épernay (5 km), the capital of Champagne, and Reims (25 km), the city of coronations, these accommodations are situated next to a vineyard on the banks of the Marne Canal.

We offer two charming cottages, Bulles & Charmes (for 4 persons) and Cosy Lodge (for 6 persons). Ideally located side-by-side, they can accommodate up to 10 people, perfect for holidays with family or friends, while still providing separate living spaces.

This lovely, spacious, and bright new house welcomes you for a stay surrounded by nature, nestled between vineyards and fields, on the banks of the Marne River.

The single-story house is detached and situated on a 20,000 m² plot of land, not fenced but bordered by natural barriers.

The setting is very pleasant, with a private, accessible pond and views of the vineyards and the village abbey.
